  • Doulas should support YOU, not just one specific type of birth! At Full Circle Birth Collective, we support home births, birth center births, hospital births, unmedicated births, epidural births, inductions, C-sections, VBACs, breech births, and just about everything in between. This is about supporting YOUR journey, wherever it takes you.

  • We've supported families at most hospitals throughout the Denver metro area, including St. Joe's, Rose, Presbyterian St. Luke's, Swedish, Lutheran, Avista, Good Samaritan, St. Anthony North, Boulder Community Health, Littleton Adventist, UCHealth Highlands Ranch, UCHealth Anschutz, Sky Ridge, Castle Rock Adventist, and Parker Adventist.

    We also have supported families at the Birth Center of Denver, Colorado Birth and Wellness, and Boulder Birth and Holistic Health. Wherever you choose to welcome your baby, we're here to support you!

  • Collectively, we have supported over 750 births! Each birth is unique, and we feel so grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside so many families during such a transformative time in their lives.

  • We think so! An epidural may help with pain, but there is so much more to birth than pain management. Your doula is there to provide emotional support, help with positioning, offer encouragement, support your partner, and help you navigate the unexpected turns that birth can take. Whether you’re planning an epidural, hoping for an unmedicated birth, or somewhere in between, we’re here to support YOU and your birth preferences. You deserve to feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way!

  • Absolutely! Doulas can provide valuable support for both planned and unplanned C-sections. We’re here to help you prepare for your birth, understand your options, and feel supported throughout the process. At most hospitals, we are able to provide support in the OR, but even when that isn't possible, we’re there to support you and your partner before and after surgery. Our goal is to help you feel informed, cared for, and empowered, no matter how your baby makes their entrance into the world!

  • You can hire a birth doula at any point in pregnancy, but we encourage reaching out as early as possible to help ensure your preferred doula is available. Experienced doulas in Colorado often book up quickly, but you can almost always find someone to support you! Since the cost is the same whether we work together for six months or one, why not take full advantage of the support and connect with your doula early?

  • YES! In addition to Spinning Babies, our doulas have completed a variety of additional trainings, including Gilligan’s Guide, rebozo techniques, massage in labor, peanut ball positioning, and TENS for labor. We’re always expanding our knowledge and adding new tools to our doula bags so we can better support YOU!

  • With Full Circle Birth Collective, you choose your doula who gets to know you and your family, supported by a team of experienced doulas. We collaborate, share knowledge, and support one another so you have a community in your corner if additional support or backup is ever needed. We believe there’s something special about having a village next to you, and that’s exactly what we hope to bring to your birth and postpartum journey!

  • Your doula is there to support your partner, too! Every family is different in what they want or need, but we can help them know what to expect and offer suggestions for ways they can comfort and support you. We’re not there to replace your partner. We’re there to give them the tools, reassurance, and support they need to feel confident and present throughout the birth. It truly is a team effort!
