Two women and a baby sitting outdoors on grass beneath trees, smiling at the camera. One woman has curly brown hair and is wearing a white t-shirt, the other has dark hair with sunglasses on her head and is wearing a striped dress. The baby has light hair and is dressed in a striped shirt and gray pants.

I believe pregnancy is a state of wellness. Birth is a life changing transition that deserves support, understanding, and space to unfold in its own way.

What Matters Most To Me

Medical hospital room with a patient on the bed, a woman attending to the patient, and medical equipment including a hospital bed, IV lines, and diagnostic devices.

It wasn’t until diving headfirst into the birth world with my own two children that I saw just how lacking our systems were in educating and supporting families. After more than a decade teaching children, I chose a new path caring for families during one of life’s most transformative experiences.

Today I help families navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence so they can find joy in their journey.

Education

Because confidence and peace grow when families understand their options.

Presence

You don't need someone taking over. You need someone walking beside you no matter where your journey goes.

Trust

I believe birth works best when you feel safe and loved. I want you to feel empowered to trust your body, own your story, and make the best informed decisions for YOU.

Birth Processing

Your birth story matters. The hard parts. The beautiful parts. All of it deserves to be told and processed.

One woman is kneeling next to a yoga ball, and two others are lying on the couch, one with dark curly hair and the other with glasses and long hair. The living room has beige walls, a white fireplace, a wall-mounted TV, and large windows with blinds.

Daytime Postpartum Support

VBAC Consults, Breech Consults, and Induction Consults: Sometimes you don't need a full doula package, but you deserve specialized, individual care. Let's come up with a plan together.

One woman has long, wavy brown hair and is wearing a denim jumper and white sleeveless top, while the other woman has long curly hair, glasses, and is wearing a sleeveless striped shirt and jeans.
